Sanjeet “Sonny” Veen

Sanjeet “Sonny” Veen was born and grew up with the
teachings of Buddhism, in India, where it originated.
At an early age, he was instructed and taught the
lessons of Buddhism. He learned that there are four
noble truths. These noble truths are 1.) the truth
of suffering, 2.) the truth of the cause of suffering
3.) the truth of the end of suffering and 4.) the
truth of the path that leads to the end of suffering.

As an advocate of Buddhism and a world traveler,
Sanjeet “Sonny” Veen is well qualified to teach and
conduct seminars on the lessons and aspirations of
Buddhism. Sanjeet “Sonny” Veen firmly believes that
even other religions, such as Christianity, Judaism,
and others could be supplemented from the lessons of
Buddhism. Karma, an important aspect of Buddhism
refers to the good or bad actions a person
takes during his or her lifetime. Karma reinforces
the teachings in Christianity of doing good to one
another will result in blessings and happiness for
the person doing good. Basically, it is the same
in karma. If a person helps another person the
person giving the help will get help in the future
in the time she or he will be needing help. If a
person did bad actions, then he or she will reap
multiple bad events in the future.

Sanjeet “Sonny” Veen would like to go to different
cities to provide lectures, seminars, and teachings,
as a resource person for Buddhism. Because of his
early upbringing in the teachings of Buddhism, Sonny
is well learned and quite capable to teach and guide
people who want to know Buddhism and learn how to
incorporate it into their daily lives and in their
relationships with their families, friends, and
co-workers. Sanjeet “Sonny” Veen’s vision is to
help people throughout the world find enlightenment
and happiness with their life. He believes that in order
to be an effective teacher, he needs to live and
breathe under the guidance of the lessons of Buddhism.
